Are you planning to have an Easter party? If yes, then all the tips I will share with you today will surely come in handy! At your Easter celebration, the Easter Bunny can participate in the egg hunt and also distribute Easter baskets to all the good little boys and girls. How to Decorate Your Easter Celebration Venue

Easter parties are ideally held in gardens, but they can also be successfully held indoors as well. Decorations need not be extravagant. In fact, simple designs and color schemes can be more attractive for such a festivity. The same goes for your Easter party food. Perhaps the only rule in decorating is that you have to make sure that the party supplies are organized. Here are some Easter decorating tips to get you started:

Tables
Use solid vibrant colors for your tablecloth, plates, and utensils. Some good colors are yellow, green, and pink.

Decorations
Easter is celebrated at the start of spring, which is a good reason to have flowers and plants around the venue. This will bring a fresh feeling! You can also create decorative eggs and carrots to use as a centerpiece or to place in different areas around the venue.

Snacks
If you want to further liven the spirit of Easter, offering Easter-themed snacks is certainly a must. You can offer deviled eggs, carrot cupcakes with carrot candies on top, crepes decorated like a carrot, macaroons, and a lot more. You can also put an assortment of peanuts and candies inside plastic eggs to add a sense of excitement!

Three Tips for a Successful Easter Egg Hunt

If there’s anything during Easter that children really look forward to, it’s the Easter egg hunt. There’s just something so magical about finding the colorful eggs left by the Easter Bunny. Do you want your Easter egg hunt to be as enjoyable and as memorable as possible? Then here are some tips for you:

Hire an Easter Bunny
Handling an Easter party can be very challenging, especially when it involves lots of very curious and excited kids. With an Easter Bunny around, you won’t need to continuously monitor the kids. Even better, a professional Easter Bunny can offer a lot of entertaining activities.

Create a Basic Plan
To get the best out of your celebration, creating a basic plan will be necessary: where the egg hunt will take place, what time the hunt will start, where the Easter eggs will be hidden, and how much time will kids be given to find the eggs should all be considered.

Prepare the Eggs & Basket
Before Easter comes, it is best to already have the eggs, baskets, and prizes ready. Painting the eggs and decorating the basket is a great way to bond with kids and nurture their creativity. The prizes, on the other hand, can be anything—like little toys and candies.

Best Methods for Decorating Easter Eggs

What is an Easter party without colorful eggs for the Easter egg hunt? There are several ways to create perfect, beautiful, and totally adorable Easter eggs for your gathering. Here are some of the methods I recommend:

See Today’s Lesson
You will need to print out several samples of Easter egg designs. To give children enough space and freedom, it will be best to choose varying designs.

Follow the Leader
This is a simple method wherein the Easter Bunny or anyone overlooking the activity creates simple patterns in eggs. The patterns are drawn step by step, allowing children to copy the steps using different sets of colors.

Be Free
Children are fountains of creativity and, sometimes, you just have to let them loose for their imagination to freely flow. In this method, you will simply present the children with eggs, brushes, and paints. Let them paint the Easter eggs as they desire, and you will end up with a handful of cute and adorable designs.

Company Picnics

Company outings are perhaps one of the most fun events one can join and experience while at the workforce. They are also one of the best things a company can offer as a gift for their employees. However, there are plenty of things to consider when planning such an event — the place, the food, and a children’s entertainer. There are two big reasons why company picnics are a must as far as non-work events go for an organization:

Appreciation

Company picnics and other similar events are created as a means for the organization to show its appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and great results their employees bring. After all, a company is not just about who makes the plans and gives the orders but also those who contribute to realize those plans.

Team Building

Company picnics allow the staff and other members of the organization to know each other outside of the work environment and have a good time. Such an activity helps in building and strengthening rapport among everyone, enhancing workplace interaction and potentially boosting productivity in the long run.

Although company outings might seem simple, planning for them is still essential, as there are many elements to it that need to be considered and prepared ahead of time. Planning your company picnic gives you and your employees an idea of what to expect. It also helps the organizers to set the company’s budget. Here are the steps to take when planning a company picnic:

    Decide your Budget

Budget is the first thing you must consider when planning for an event. It will depend upon these 3 key factors: the location, estimated number of attendees, and the food & drink costs.

    Date and Location

Company picnics mostly happen on a day during the summer months. You can choose to hold your picnic in a public park or at the company. Make sure to have a backup plan in case it rains.

    Plan Activities

Food is good, but activities and entertainment are what actually fire up the employees during company picnics. Consider including games, sports, and other exciting activities on your roster.

    Hire a Caterer

Planning the menu is one of the things to prioritize. You can always opt for a healthy, affordable, yet delicious selection. Also remember to include non-meat dishes for your vegan and vegetarian colleagues.

    Children's Entertainer

Employees almost always bring their kids along with them during company picnics. While children are certainly bundles of joy, they can also at times be out of control. This is where a children’s entertainer comes into play.

    Send Invitations

Once everything is planned, send invitations – either on print or email – to your employees. Include specifics like the date, time, location, list of activities, and at what time the kids’ entertainer is coming, among others.

    Festival Celebrations

There are always entertainers for kids at festivals.  The autumn season is especially a favorite time of year for youngsters.  Children love Halloween! Pastorino’s Pumpkin Farm is an awesome place for families to visit as it offers so many activities for children to enjoy. Check out the pony rides, hay rides,  petting zoo, bounce house, slide and haunted house. The fun and friendly staff at Pastorino’s Farm welcomes Denise and her friends to entertain the kids. This is absolutely the most enjoyable place for families to visit every year in October.

This festival entertainer for children paints faces and twists long skinny balloons into favorite toys. She also offers colorful glitter tattoos that can stay on for up to 6 days. You may see Denise and her helpers painting faces, doing temporary tattoos, and balloon twisting for children and families at popular Bay Area festivals. The children’s area offers many activities for the little ones.. Bay Area festivities are truly an enjoyable time for families.

In addition to being an entertainer for children, Denise is also quite active in the community and favorably promotes every bay area event she participates to numerous friends and colleagues. Many festival coordinators expressed how much they appreciate her talents and are thrilled to have her at special events happening during the year. She is very grateful to have such enjoyable and friendly people to work with year-round.

    Grand Openings

Small new businesses can increase awareness of their company by having a grand opening event.  This will create good will among the participants and a chance to show products and services.  With a well-organized grand opening event business owners have the opportunity to start building customer relationships.

This grand opening/ribbon cutting celebration event in downtown Menlo Park at Bow Wow Meow was a huge success. Denise delighted the children and families with face painting and balloon twisting.

Hiring an entertainer for children at your grand opening event is certainly a good idea.  An experienced entertainer can keep the children occupied with various activities. This will give the parents more time to learn about the products and services the company is offering.

    School Activities

Entertaining kids in school is one of the many things I do in my career as a children’s entertainer. I have enchanted countless children at various school parties with party games, face painting, balloon twisting, glitter tattoos, bubble making, and a magic comedy show. A skilled entertainer can give children the treat they deserve for being good little angels in the classroom.

    Classroom Birthday Parties

There are parents who choose to have their children’s birthday party at school so that the whole class of friends can also enjoy their child’s special occasion. Everyone in the class is invited so be sure to make enough invitations. There are many things to keep in mind when planning a birthday party at school.

    Get a headcount
Knowing how many children there will be is necessary to make sure that there is enough food and treats for everyone. There may be children who cannot participate in class because of some special needs.

Check everything with the teacher first
The school might have a different policy when it comes to celebrating birthdays. It is a must to be aware of the things they allow and the things they do not allow. It is also important to give advance notice.

Check to see if any child has allergies
There are children who have allergies to certain foods and it is good to know what they are before it could further complicate things. Work around these allergies.

    Back to School Parties

Heading back to school can be an uneasy thought for some children after a long, carefree and relaxing summer. The transition from summer to school can be made a little easier with back to school parties. This little celebration for students and teachers is a great way to kick off the new school year.

It can be quite difficult for students to get out of their shells and start talking with one another. Seeing a sea of unfamiliar faces can be quite unnerving too. A school party can help break the ice and get the children talking to one another. It puts the children at ease in their new environment and makes them feel right at home.
These parties are usually held to get children motivated about going back to school. Games always come in handy when it comes to getting children excited about another school year ahead. With the right food, decorations, and activities, children will be enthusiastic for the new school year in no time.

    Planning a School Party

A good way to get children involved and get them interacting with one another is through a party. Having the party planned well in advance will also ensure that the kids will be occupied and there will be no boring moments. Remember to keep these things in mind when planning for a school party:

    Create a guest list
This is the first step when it comes to planning a school party. How many parents are coming? Some parents enjoy volunteering to help with the planning. Also, make a list of activities which children will enjoy participating in.

    Serve delicious but healthy food
Although parties are meant to be fun, it does not mean that the children’s health should be put aside. The food should be delicious but still take children’s nutrition into consideration. Little sandwiches with greens, tortilla wraps, mini pizzas, popcorn, breadsticks, and sausages are some of the party favorites for children. You can serve fruits like bananas and apples cut up into little pieces. Include a few sweet treats too, like cupcakes.

    Give out school-themed party favors
Favors with school themes will help get children more interested in seeing their friends, attending classes, doing homework, and learning from their teachers. If you are planning a school themed party,  party favors are surely a great addition.
